Veronica Carroll

Veronica’s past experience working on-site in senior care facilities has given her a deep passion to do her part to make a difference in the lives of the residents and staff in those facilities. Veronica keeps the HMS operations running in ship shape with all the back office details meticulously cared for. She is a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and studied Occupational Therapy in school. Veronica loves working with senior care organizations because it gives her great joy and satisfaction to give back to the generation that has sacrificed so much for us.

Tina Maloney

Tina is an education graduate with over thirty years of experience in the field of early care and education. Her experience includes both leading early education institutions as well as supporting others in the field. Tina’s background provides her with an in-depth understanding of the importance of supporting organizations whose responsibilities are to care for others. She is dedicated to providing support to senior care organizations to assist with their mission of quality caregiving.

Scott Russell, RPh

Senior care facilities often do not have the expertise and resources to manage and negotiate their pharmacy cost. Many are surprised to discover how much they could be saving, having gone many years simply trusting that their pharmacy provider is looking out for their best interest. Scott Russell brings over 15 years experience negotiating pharmacy contracts and managing pharmacy costs in the long-term care industry. Before joining the HMS team, Scott oversaw all pharmacy operations for PharMerica for 7 years, including sales and contract negotiations, account management, billing, and rolling out cost-savings protocols. Scott holds a BS in Pharmacy from U. of Oklahoma and is a licensed pharmacist in Arizona. For Scott, it's a privilege to serve as a partner to our clients and to help them have the expert counsel and systematic approach needed to manage their pharmacy cost.

Denise Munro

Telecommunications, data, and internet expenses can be a significant cost to long-term senior care organizations, and many are spending more than they should. Denise Munro is HMS’ subject matter expert on technology infrastructure, hardware, software, and cost analysis of these areas. Denise helps clients save on technology equipment and services so that they can re-distribute those funds to better serve their customers. Denise gains great satisfaction from helping senior care organizations have more margin to serve their residents and local communities.

Caroline Cieminski

Energy costs continue to increase, and when you’re on a limited budget, they can cripple your organization. Caroline Cieminski is our Energy & Utilities Subject Matter Expert, helping clients look into energy consumption in their facilities, implement best practices, and get more margin on their energy-related contracts. Caroline has over 25 years experience in natural gas, electricity, renewables, and demand response full-service portfolio management and consulting. Caroline is Public Utility Commission Certified in de-regulated states and FERC Compliant. Caroline enjoys saving senior care organizations on their energy spend so that they can devote more funds to directly benefit seniors served.
